• developing or refining a project concept in line with the objectives, scope, and requirements of a specific call, and
• identifying potential project partners, facilitating partner searches, and supporting the development and coordination of a suitable project consortium.

Proposal Review offers structured feedback on complete proposals or selected sections, helping researchers further strengthen their application, identify areas for improvement and ensure that the proposal presents the project idea clearly and convincingly.

Depending on the stage and specific needs of the proposal, reviews may focus on:

• The narrative part of the proposal – reviewing the overall structure, content, coherence and persuasiveness, with particular attention to the presentation of Excellence, Impact and Implementation, as well as the alignment with the call objectives, scope and evaluation criteria.

• Drafting and refining specific proposal sections – providing support with individual sections or aspects of the proposal, for example those relating to relevant cross-cutting topics such as Open Science, research ethics, gender and other aspects, or the description of the institutional environment.
