Call for proposals 2025 – DIGITAL – HADEA (HORIZON-CL4-2025-04)

Objectives
The DIGITAL-HADEA call channels a total of €132 million across seven topics that reinforce Europe’s open strategic autonomy in data, artificial-intelligence and emerging digital technologies. Destination 3 targets a trustworthy data-and-AI single market with actions to empower generative-AI along the cognitive-computing continuum and to advance software-engineering methods for AI systems.

Destination 4 underpins Europe’s technological sovereignty by funding advanced photonic sensors, risk-assessment methodologies for general-purpose AI, soft-robotics platforms with enhanced physical capabilities, a challenge-driven GenAI4EU booster, and a large-scale GenAI4EU demonstrator in robotics and industrial automation
